The Warwick Rowers launched their 2018 Crowdfunder in September and it’s your last chance to take advantage of the discounted prices as there are only a few days left before it ends.
This year’s calendar is the same style as in the last few years but unlike those, it includes QR codes that have been embedded throughout to take you to monthly video updates when they are scanned. The rowers have returned to Spain for some of the shots, with the remainder shot in spectacular gardens and historic houses in England. Their theme for this year is “being the best version of yourself starts with being yourself”.
As well as the usual calendar and “making of” films of previous years, this year’s Crowdfunder packages include the Rowers’ third coffee table book, the calendar back catalogue, a digital subscription as well as being able to own your own Warwick Rowers’ onesie.
Each film is about an hour in length and shot in 4K resolution which provides stunning picture quality and shows off the rowers and their surroundings to their best. This year’s films are sold together and are currently £39.99 in the Crowdfunder.
To mark the launch of their new branding, the Warwick Rowers are giving their followers the opportunity to purchase their own onesie. The new purple suit, available in sizes from small to XXL, is priced at £69.99 for the period of the Crowdfunder campaign.
As part of the Crowdfunder, this year’s coffee table book is less than half of the price of last year’s book at just £99.99. The book, which is the same size as previous years with over 200 pages of photos, also comes with the 2018 calendar. Should you wish to get a copy of the book that is signed and in a protective slipcase, that’ll set you back £199.99. After the Crowdfunder the price of these items will increase to £124.97 and £244.97.
This year’s Crowdfunder ends in the early hours of the morning on Monday 16 October at which point you will no longer be able to take advantage of the discounted prices.
Some of the proceeds from the sale of the WR18 products goes to the Rowers’ charity, Sport Allies which aims to combat homophobia and promote inclusivity in sport.
